Shri Sajeev is also CMD of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, the holding company of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Limited.
2		Shri. Anurag Chandra	Govt.Nominee Director	Shri Anurag Chandra is holding Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. He was appointed as Government Nominee Director in HFL Board w.e.f 15.01.2025 in place of Shri Ram Sajeevan. He is currently holding charge as Deputy Secretary in Ministry of Chemicals Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals & Petro-chemicals, Govt. of India. He is not holding Directorship in any other company.
3		Shri Yogendra Prasad Shukla	HOCL Nominee Director	Shri Yogendra Prasad Shukla is a science graduate and professionally a Cost Accountant. Previously, he was heading the Finance Department of the 1,760 MW Tanda Thermal Power Project of NTPC Limited Located in Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh. He has undergone several pieces of training with reputed institutions. He carries with him a rich professional experience of over 22 years having served organisations like BEML and NTPC having exposure to the entire gamut of Finance and Accounts functions. Shri Yogendra Prasad Shukla is Director (Finance) of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, the holding company of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Limited.
4		Shri. M J Jagdeesh	HOCL Nominee Director	Shri M J Jagadeesh was appointed as HOCL Nominee Director in HFL Board w.e.f 01.01.2025 in place of Shri P Ravikumar. Shri M J Jagadeesh is holding Degree in B.Tech and he is Unit-in-Charge of HOCL. He is not holding Directorship in any other company.
